This Bible verse struck me this week.
Was it not I, the Lord?
And there is no other god besides me,
a righteous God and a Savior;
there is none besides me.
"Turn to me and be saved,
all the ends of the earth!
For I am God, and there is no other.
Isaiah 45:21-22
Before March 24th, my parents and I went to Virginia to visit my sister and her family. Plus for spring break for me, too much thinking in school. we rented a car and I think I fell in love with it. Because I thought it was cool!
We stayed in their new house. Their house needed some fixing. Our vacation was helping them paint, fix electricity, play with their cute kids, pull out the old carpets so that new carpets would be put in, maybe take a nap which I did, work in the kitchen and other things.
Later before we went back home, a Russian friend invited us over for dinner. The family were very nice hosts and welcoming. As we were eating dinner their two year old little boy wanted me to go play with him. He reached his hands for mine, but I told him later. His parents said that he loves girls. One day my Dad said,"Now she has a Russian boyfriend." I was real embarrassed especially when a guest was over our house for lunch. Anyway, it was a fun time and we enjoyed our spring break.
Spring is coming here. And we had lots of rain, our neighborhood was flooded. The Lord knows what His creation needs. He takes care of it all!

Opportunity to Glorify God
Many things are going on. The dog named Angel went back to her happy home. And her pups went a different direction to be sold to families. I had to control myself not to cry. It was sad to watch them leave. But it was fun time having them. That was my job with mom.
My mom had to go to the hospital to have her stent taken out and it was not successful, so the doctors are working on plan B. She is doing better and strong. The rest of my family are doing well. Mom and I are the only ones who have the genes to being really sick.
These days I've gotten opportunities to share the story of my life and about my precious Savior at my school. I felt like I planted seeds. Then days later after having a cough for several weeks I ended up to the Emergency Room. So, I woke up at 3 am which it meant that I had to wake up my sleeping parents. I couldn't sleep sideways or flat. Pillows were around me while sitting upright. So, my caring mom had to take me to the Emergency Room. After tests and X-rays were done, the doctor said that I had Pleurisy and plus I already had Bronchitis. It was real painful so that I just wanted to die. The doctors gave me strong pain medicine and it helped me calm down my hard breathing. We went home around 7:30 am. I was so dizzy and weak that the nurse took me out in a wheel chair. Mom went to get the car and while we were waiting for her, I asked the nurse, "Are you a religious person?" We talked a little bit and I asked her few questions and we parted. (She said that she was.)
Today the sun is shining.
Today the sky is blue and clear.
Today the sky is blue and clear.
Today my heart is filled with thankfulness.
Today I am joyful.
Today I am joyful.
Do you want to know why?
Then I will tell you.
Today outside, the birds are singing sweetly, the sun on my face and it's a beautiful day.
I enjoyed watching my Dad work on his truck.
It was good to talk to him about my growing up.
There are so many things to think about.
But today, the most important was talking to my Savior.
Able to realize how much He loves me.
So I rejoiced in my heart.
I rejoiced in my heart.
Today I was sitting on the couch listening to music.
Every time Jesus's name popped into my head.
Do you know? Do you know He even cares for you,
Just like He does for me?
Today the sun is shining and the sky is blue and clear.
Today I am joyful because of my Savior.
The one who heals my diseases.
Today I praise His Name!

At home I threw up at least 8 times. I asked my Father to help me and I praised Him through all my pains. I cried out to the Lord and He heard my cry. I couldn't believe that a lot of my Church family were praying for me. "Wow, thank you, Lord!" I said over and over to myself. I gave all the Glory to my King Jesus.
On February 23 I had a restless night from 12:30-4:30 am or so. But bless the Lord that I am still healing. The Lord is so good!
So far I have written more than 120 songs, which are mostly based on my daily life. This song that I wrote was from a time when I was feeling happy and looking out of my window:
Joyful Day
Today the sun is shining.
Today the sky is blue and clear.

Today my heart is filled with thankfulness.
Today I am joyful.

The Puppies!
Well... It was fun to have my sister and her family back to Lafayette again before and after Christmas. Reed my two year old nephew is so cute and is growing fast. Eliza not even a year old yet is also growing beautifully. She was fun to play with. My best Christmas present ever was a "cool blue" guitar from my thoughtful parents. Now I am learning how to use and play it. Once I learn it, oh I can't wait to sing songs to my Loving Lord and Savior with the instrument.
Days passed by and Mom and I had an opportunity to serve a family by taking a meal to them. And another day the same family invited me over to hangout with them, while my parents went out for date night out. We had an exciting time together. They are a very nice, sweet, and loving family.
This year Mom and I are taking care of a dog named Angel who gave birth to thirteen puppies.13? Yes 13 I say, but one of them died which brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't bear it; another one almost died, too. Mom said," Are you praying?" "Yes!" I responded. So this is what I was praying while Mom was trying to revive her," Oh God please let her live, show me your power, God if you care for us then you care for the animals, Please let her live and show me your power and I will give you the glory!" I kept repeating it to myself with my heart pounding hard and I was about to cry. Praise the Lord my Maker! He answered my prayer. And I will never forget that day what had happened. Now the pups are three weeks old and growing healthy. And it is exciting to watch them open their eyes for the first time. How beautiful is the Lord's design. It just amazes me! So that is part of my job that I do with Mom.
Isaiah 42: 8 says, I am the LORD; that is my name; my glory I give to no other, nor my praise to carve idols.

Merry Christmas!
It's exciting time of the year! We got at least five or six inches of snow, but now after raining, it melted away. It was fun to play in the snow and shovel the drive way. Before the snow fell on the earth, my best friend's family came to help us decorate hundred's of cookies; that I signed up for Christmas for Everyone at my church. That was lots of fun, but tiring.
I recently had my final exam. for my Spanish test for this year. I was so excited to get an A! I am relieved that its over. Now its break time! Soon I'll be seen one of my sister and her family.
Have a Merry Christmas!

The Twinkling Star
The star is shinning brightly in the sky.
It seems to be twinkling and winking at me.
I don't know why.
Does it mean something?
Does it mean something?
I wonder why is so bright?
I wonder why is twinkling?
Does it have its meaning?
So high and clear.
So high and clear to see.
Tonight is so bright and happy.
People everywhere were joyful and excited over a mother few days ago.
And she was going to have a baby boy.
What kind of baby was he?
An ordinary baby just like the rest?
I want to see that Baby myself.
If may I go and see it.
His name was Jesus.
That baby Jesus was sleeping sweetly.
The shepherds and the wise men were on their knees.
O, that baby Jesus was born in the stable.
What a place for a baby to be born into, such a smelly place.
O no, not a good place for baby Jesus.
Baby Jesus, baby Jesus, what a place you are in.
No, no, not a good place for baby King Jesus.

Busy Times
Several weeks ago, on October 27, we celebrated my 6 years of adoption! It was exciting, we invited some friends over. How the Lord God has blessed me with a loving Christian family. And I am so thankful to my God who loves me very much.
I've been busy with my school, choir, helping a friend with her two kids while she tries to get things done around her house; which is also learning how to take care of children and babies. It's lots of fun! Also doing my chores at home and helping at my church with the 2 years olds. Yes... my days are busy serving others.
I love the little children. They are so fun to play with. And is fun to watch them grow. And hopefully someday they would come to Jesus in an early age. God is changing people's lives even today. How amazing it is to see and hear what God is doing and changing in people's lives.
I am growing in Christ Jesus. He helps me in difficult times. This is one of my songs that I wrote:
Cheering
When He loves me I feel close to Him,
When I'm sad He cheers me up,
When I'm downcast He changes my heart,
When I'm happy I rejoice in the Lord.
He who died is always by my side
He will never stop loving me,
What a joy to have Him,
His everlasting love never ends.
When I'm sad He cheers me up,
When I'm downcast He changes my heart,
When I'm happy I rejoice in the Lord.
He who died is always by my side
He will never stop loving me,
What a joy to have Him,
His everlasting love never ends.

Amazing God
What an amazing God He is! Oh, I'm so thankful to God. I used to think that my life is not going to turn out right. I thought that the Bible was boring to read, and that it didn't apply to me. I just want to cry with a great joy, about God's amazing Grace. I read God's word more often and praying for guidance. O Father, thank you!
I love Jesus. And I am still growing in Him.
This is the Bible verse I look what God had done for me, which applies to me:
I love Jesus. And I am still growing in Him.
This is the Bible verse I look what God had done for me, which applies to me:
Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Psalm 34:8And I have tasted it!
God's Work in Me
It's hard to explain how I felt inside me. I'll do my best.
First Dad and Mom talked to me while sitting at the table. I got mad when they said that we were going to go see a therapist. "I don't need any help." I told them. And they said that they wanted to be better parents to me. "You are good parents." I said.
The day came. I stared out of the window seeing the bare field. I sat quietly with my face unhappy and thinking about many things. We got there. Okay, we had to do this a lot of times. [several hours a day for two weeks] Mr. Rick was Christian and always fun with full of burning energy.
One thing I had to do was to write about me. One thing I wrote was this,''I'm afraid that my life will not turn out like I want to.'' And,'' Sometimes I think that my parents are not my real parents.'' And he would be nodding his head while I wrote things down. Mr. Rick would sit near me in a little room while Mom and Dad were waiting out. We did many other things. Which each day I was excited to go.
He always did creative things and he was also learning about us when we were all doing the activities together. He was real smart. And I would say,'' how do you know? or how did you guess?'' We shed many tears when time came for me to share about my past in which I'm not writing it here.
Weeks and days passed by. Until my heart started to soften and learning to speak in a low level. I started to understand about myself. God had been working in me all this time. I started to change into a complete person. How hungry and thirsty I've been for the Lord Jesus. My heart was dancing for joy! I've given my heart and my life to Jesus. And please stay, the Lord Jesus hasn't finished my love story for Him yet.
